Mi Pasion por la Lectura

Desde que tengo 14 años cuando mi prima Elsie me regalo mi primer libro, desarrolle el amor que hasta la fecha siento por los libros, son mi mayor refugio, y una fuente para salir de la cotidianidad.

Cuando me preguntan porque amo los libros, realmente la respuesta es facil, porque a travès de ellos me transporto al mundo ideado por los autores, por breves instantes salgo del atareo de la vida, de los problemas, y me dejo llevar por las historias, muchas veces rio y lloro mientras leo un libro. Son muchas las historias que he leido y muchas se han quedado muy cerca de mi, estos son los libros que conservo y que he leido una y otra vez.

Para mi los libros no son solo objetos, son seres con consciencia propia, que me llaman cada vez que los veo en la repisa y me hacen señales y me dicen ven lee esta pagina te recuerdas cuando la leiste por primera vez, me hacen sentir bien. La lectura es mi pasatiempo favorito, y a traves de los años he creado una biblioteca personal bastante amplia, al punto que mi mamá a veces pelea pues los tengo todos regados por toda mi habitación y ella me dice no se como es que puedes con tanto libro por doquier.

Cada escritor tiene su propio mundo, sus propias historias que contar. Cada uno me ha hecho reir, llorar, indignarme cuando algo anda mal, sentir miedo, dolor. En fin que la lectura y los libros son mis mas preciados tesoros. En mi biblioteca principal hay uno que otro que ha sabido ganarse su lugar no solo por las historias que cuentan sino por que al pasar de los años una y otra vez me atraen y me hacen volver a leerlos, estos libros son:

De Amor y de Sombra: esta historia de amor contada por una de mis autoras favoritas Isabel Allende, es un libro que creo me lo se de memoria, pero que siempre cada vez que quiero lo releeo solo para que nunca llegue yo a olvidarlo.

Mujercitas: pues porque si, porque esta historia de amor, hermandad y sacrificio, siempre me hace sentir bien.

I'm Watching You: porque dentro de toda buena biblioteca siempre tiene que haber su chin de suspenso y accion y Karen Rose en sus historias me da eso y mucho mas.

Acheron: no se si saben pero soy una adicta a las historias sobre vampiros y Sherilyn Kenyon es una de las mejores escribiendo sobre estos seres tan increibles, con este libro me amarro para siempre, la historia del personaje central con la que empieza su serie de Dark Hunters, me hizo llorar, reir, indignarme en fin que este libro lo leo, y leo y no me canso de leerlo.

y como estos hay muchos mas, y la lista es interminable. Hay miles de cosas más por decir sobre los libros, pero en cualquier caso siempre será mejor leerlos o escribirlos; relacionarnos con ellos y apreciarlos en la justa medida de nuestras emociones y de nuestras maravillosas locuras.
